Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Most standard items shown on this website are held in stock and can be provided on a next working day delivery service to all UK mainland customers.

All orders are delivered as standard next working day but more specific options can be arranged. If we have a stock issue, delivery should be no longer than 3-4 days.

It is beneficial for you to register your details when placing your first order with us as it makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to re-order your favourite packaging products. We will never share any of your details with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

The cut-off time for next working day deliveries is 12:30pm. If you place an order before this time, it will be processed, dispatched the same day and delivered to you the next. If you place an order after 12:30pm, it will be processed, dispatched the next working day and delivered to you the day after.

We can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Republic of Ireland, Eire addresses. We can not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received. Alternatively you can collect your order directly from our warehouses when funds have been received.

Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

We will refund the value of the returned items using the original payment method, within 2 working days of receiving the goods.

When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not damaged. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be returned.

Repackage the products you wish to return and include your original invoice having taken a copy for your own records and completed the returns section on the back. Then take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until they are returned safely to us, therefore, we recommend that you send the goods by Recorded/Special Delivery or some other form of insured postage.

‘Faulty’ means that the item has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not faulty if it has become damaged or faulty because of wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage. Please note that Packaging First checks the quality and workmanship of all goods prior to dispatch to minimise any returns.
