What size are our bubbles?

Our small cell bubble wrap is made from 6mm diameter and 3mm high, and on large cell bubble wrap the bubbles are 25mm diameter and 10mm high.

What sizes are generally available from stock? 

Our stock sizes start 300mm wide and grow in stages until 1500mm as follows:

300mm, 500mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1200mm and 1500mm 

What length does bubble wrap come?

As a standard small cell bubble comes either 75mts or 100mts long, where large cell bubble comes in 50mt rolls, although we do supply mini bubble rolls of small cell bubble in 3mts, 5mts 10mts or 25mts  

Can I buy coloured bubble?

We can supply from stock in mini rolls green, blue, and red small cell bubble wrap, as a special order from our bespoke order form we can supply longer rolls 

What is Bio bubble wrap?

Biodegradable bubble wrap offers a bubble wrap that will breakdown in land fill using biodegradation. The green additive when produced helps reduce the carbon foot print and makes a positive step to helping the environment. 

What is Anti static pink bubble wrap?

When we make anti static bubble wrap we add an additive that helps prevent static discharging to the goods packed inside, the additive turns the bubble pink, and can be supplied in small or large cell bubble.

Can you supply bubble bags without paper?

Yes we call these bubble pouches, and are stock in small cell bags or anti static bags, we have a range of sizes from stock, each bag has a peal and seal strip for easy sealing. 

Can you supply extra wide bubble rolls?

Extra wide rolls can be supplied as a special and ordered in single rolls up to 2000mm wide, in small or large bubble, please fill in our bespoke form to request a price

Can we buy special size bubble bags?

No not really, most bags are run in large quantities and therefore supplied from stock. You can check out our stock sizes in our gold or white featherpost bags. 

How many colours can be printed on bubble bags?

When considering bespoke printed featherpost bubble bags there are some constraints to consider, firstly you need to order a minimum of 5000 bags in sizes above C. Below D so C, B, and A the minimum run is 10,000 bags. You can print up to 2 colours on each side of the bag. If you require a special printed bag please contact us or send in a bespoke enquiry. We are able to offer up to 4 colours but the bags will come directly from our partner company Bong Poland, so once again send us a bespoke enquiry    

What is the minimum order?

With Packaging First unlike most companies we will supply a minimum of 5 bags, this help with smaller usages; you can order these quantities in gold white and extra bags 

The current bags are tearing is there an alterative?

Of course, we have from stock Featherpost Extra bubble bags, these have an extra thick paper outer that gives just that bit better stronger protection, these bags are coloured Oyster,   

If I don’t want bubble inside my bags is there and alternative?

We can supply from stock padded bags these bags are made from 90% recycled paper fibre s that are mixed with post consumer paper, i.e. newspapers and this forms the inner padding as an alternative. 

Is the adhesive on our wallets permanent?

Yes the wallets should remain on the item permanently but it does depend on the quality of the substrate. If the surface isn’t clean or dusty the envelopes will come off.

Can you have bespoke printed wallets?

You can have specially printed wallets supplied as long as the minimum run is 30,000 wallets. If you consider this then contact us direct and fill in bespoke enquiry form 

How many colours can you print on the wallets?  

Up to four colours depending on design

Can we supply PCN wallets and does the adhesive differ from standard wallets?

We can supply Parking wallets with standard printing “Penalty notice” the adhesive on these wallets the adhesive is low tack that does not leave residual behind on the windscreen.

What are the standard sizes and quantities?

All wallets come in standard sizes A7, A6, A5, DL, and A4 you can look at the web pages to get the exact internal sizes. Packaging First is the only company that supply these wallets in smaller then box quantities allowing you to order exactly what you want. 

What are the differences between the adhesives?

Tapes come in a variety of different adhesive depending on usage; the economy tapes have water based acrylic adhesive on a polypropylene film either Buff or clear.

Low noise tapes also have an acrylic adhesive with an easy roll film for quite release

Vinyl tapes have a PVC substrate with a solvent adhesive
